I must be honestly with you...I rarely call things “the best”. Saying something is "the best" reminds me of the movie Elf when Will Ferrell points out: “ the world’s best cup of coffee” and it is just a shitty cup of coffee. However, I really think this is the best guac I have ever made. It is the perfect balance of salt to acid and then finishes with a little kick at the end. Hence, why I must share it with you all! I want you to have the same quintessential experience that I had when I had my first taste.
I must warn you before making this guacamole…the whole bowl may be gone by the end of the night and you cannot blame me for this!! hahahahaha...

Application on a Blackened Mahi Mahi Lettuce Taco!!
Ingredients:
3 Avocados
3/4 cup chopped large tomatoes
1/4 cup lime juice or juice of 1.5 limes
3/4 cup diced red onion (around a half of an onion)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp minced, packed cilantro
1 tsp cayenne
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Using a potato smasher or the back of a heavy water glass, smash the ingredients until you reach your desired chunky-to-smooth ratio.
2. Serve with chips or on top of yummy tacos!!
