Recipe: makes 4 bagels
Ingredients:
3/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg - whisked in a small bowl
Everything seasoning
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400 and line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until combined.
3) Place flour on a surface and kneed the dough until it becomes a nice ball. Cut into 4 even sections and roll out into a log and then connect the ends (making a big circle or a bagel shape).
4) Using a cooking brush, egg wash the bagels throughly and then season with the everything seasoning. Bake for 25-30 min or until browned.
