Recipe:
Serves 6
Ingredients:
5 bone in pork chops
1/2 cup soy
1 - 6fl oz can pineapple juice
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp ginger powder
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bag and marinate for 8-9 hours or overnight.
2. Spray a nonstick grill pan or large sauté pan (may have to do in batches depending on how big your pan is).
3. Turn your heat to medium high and once the pan is hot, add your pork and half of the marinade. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until the pork is lightly browned. Flip, and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 140 degrees.
4. Remove the meat from the pan, and cover with foil. Let rest for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches 145. Dive in!
